More About US

Following the introduction of the new Buildings Regulations (SI no 9 and SI no 105 of 2014), it is a legal requirement to get a certificate of compliance in the following situations for individual houses, residential units in multi-unit developments, and extensions. A Certificate of Compliance is required for all new build work and for all alterations, additions or extension work to an existing property to ensure that all works have been carried out in accordance with any Planning Permission granted and the Building Regulations.

BUILDCERTS - a short form for Building Certificates  was set up by professional building and engineering consultants to provide certificate  or opinion of compliance that the property is built in accordance with any planning permission granted or exempt and in compliance with building regulations.

PROFESSIONAL COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATES ARE LEGALLY REQUIRED SINCE 2013
